ABOUT LIV

Olivia here! I'm a regular gal with a day job, even a profession one might say. 
I enjoy all things fitness-related and like a challenge. Only one thing trumps being in good shape: food. I talk about it, eat it, research it, talk about it, eat it, shop for it, talk about it, photograph it...you get the point. 


Eat, Belch, Fart is an attempt to track my misadventures in cooking and food in general. I am not patient or careful and I read through things hastily. This leads to mayhem in the kitchen. I'm ok with that. I follow the rules everywhere else. Whether I've earned the right to try my own thing or not, I will do what I please in the kitchen.  Luckily I have a test subject whose only requirement is that it be on a plate. Problem solved. 


Living in Alberta has provided me with a lot of inspiration with respect to the food blog scene. Albertans are craving a better way to feed themselves and their families and I enjoy hearing about new ways to procure, prepare, store and serve food. This is evolution and I want to be a part of it...with or without a hat.
